The mission of the Charleston Breast Center is to bridge state-of-the art breast cancer detection and treatment with education and compassionate comprehensive care. Our objectives are to reduce breast cancer mortality through early detection and screening, to increase access to mammography services, and to improve healthcare disparities reported within the state of South Carolina. The goal for the Charleston Breast Center is to provide the greater Charleston community with a comprehensive breast health center, a Center of Excellence, by coordinating integral breast health services under one roof.

Our ultimate goal is to reduce breast cancer deaths for all women in the Lowcountry region.
